Organized crime and drug crime, terrorism was also referred to as the three major catastrophic world of crime, is the contemporary international community isgenerally a hot issue. Organized crime has a serious threat to the political, economic, cultural and social development, pollution and the world face a common task of all mankind. This paper from the perspective of criminal law system, to compare the methods, to examine and reflect on our present criminal law in the context of organized crime under control deficiencies anddefects, and thus to propose a construction of meaning Wan Shan concept of organized crime in China that will prevention and treatment of great practical significance.
