Organized crime and drug crime, terrorism was also referred to as the three major catastrophic world of crime, is the contemporary international community isgenerally a hot issue. Organized crime has a serious threat to the political, economic, cultural and social development, pollution and the world face a common task of all mankind. This paper from the perspective of criminal law system, to compare the methods, to examine and reflect on our present criminal law in the context of organized crime under control deficiencies anddefects, and thus to propose a construction of meaning Wan Shan concept of organized crime in China that will prevention and treatment of great practical significance. This article is divided into four parts:1. an overview of organized crime. This section introduces the history of organized crime and its current development, and its concept to different countries and regions to define, respectively, while its control including the criminal law in the global prevention and treatment is indicated.2. the international community to combat organized crime, the Criminal Law Study. This part of several major developed countries in terms of criminal law, organized crime, a detailed description, but also involves the relevant provisions of international conventions. Of course, the former would be more detailed presentation, which our future legislation in this area has a great significance. 3. China's Criminal Law Organized Crime Control Status. To point out that the current Criminal Law Regulation of the situation of organized crime and problems.4. Improving the prevention and control of organized crime, Criminal Law. There are two major aspects of this section, first, improve the control of organized crime in China's Criminal Law of the basic ideas; Second, improve the control of organized crime in China's Criminal Law of the specific content.
