The Study Of The Construction Of The Party's Governing Capability

The construction of the Party's governing capability is a fundamental mission after being in power, which is the integration point of promoting the Party's self-building and the socialist modernization drive. Strengthening the construction of ruling capability of the Communist Part of China to promote the Party's level of leading and ruling standing is major issues that can not be overlooked, because it is closely related to consolidating the Party's ruling position and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The study of the governing capability of Communist Party of China is a significant and complex subject. This paper takes the construction of the Party's governing capability as studying object, based on the early research achievement in the academic community, and interprets the theoretical foundation and practical basis of strengthening the ruling capability in the new period. In the first part, this paper describes the scientific intension of the construction of the Party's governing capability, and elaborates the importance and urgency of the construction. In the second part, it analyses the major problems of strengthening the ruling capability of Party and the reasons from these aspects, such as the party members, the party's leadership methods, ruling methods, and party's organization. In the third part, based on analyzing the major problems of strengthening the ruling capability of Party, it investigates how to strengthen the Party's governing capability in a systematic and targeted manner. In order to strengthen the Party's governing capability, both adhere to Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the "Three Represents" as the guide, and paid attention to the study of the ruling practice of the Communist Party, it is needed to strengthen the Party's ideological, organizational building, work style and system construction, and to strengthen the capability to control the socialist market economy, develop the socialist democracy, build the socialist advanced culture, and construct the socialist harmonious society. What's more, it needs to strengthen the multi-party cooperation and the non-party supervision.
