Ulanhu's Contribution To The Sinicization Of Marxism

Combining with the Comrade Ulanhu's important theory and practical activity in the founding process of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, this thesis discusses the Ulanhu's contribution to the sinicization of Marxism.Firstly, it states the necessity and the content of the sinicization of Marxism, especially presents its further achievement in the ethnic areas. Secondly, it traces the regional national autonomy's theory formation process of the Communist Party of China. It points out that Ulanhu put the regional national autonomy's theory into practice and built the league of the Inner-Mongolian self-governing campaign. On this basis, he set up the first autonomous region in China. He also made the prominent contribution to the sinicization of Marxism. Thus, under the leadership of the CPC, he became the brilliant worker of the CPC for founding the ethic areas. The founding of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was the pioneering work for the combination of the basic principles of the Marxism-Leninism and the features of nationalities in China. It was the successful practice and the correct road for CPC to resolve any difficult problems existing in the ethnic minority issues. It set a shining example for further achievement of the sinicization of Marxism in the ethnic areas.Finally, Ulanhu, put forward a series of practical guidelines and polices for Inner Mongolia on the basis of combination of Communist Party's theory, line with the national characteristics and regional features, made a great contribution to the Marxism of the further sinicization and nationalization during the various historical periods of the founding of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In the period of democratic reform in the pastoral areas, Ulanhu formulated the specific measures"Public rangelands, Free grazing","No fighting, No separating, No social classes"and"Benefit for the both herdsman and flockmaster"to promote the development of the livestock industry according to the principles of feudal privileges abolishment, as well as the development of animal husbandry in view of the characteristics of itself. During the periods of the socialist transformation and construction, Considering of the shortage of the livestock which is not only the capital goods but also the consumer goods, and the weakness of the economics of animal husbandry, etc., the principle of"Invariable policy, Various of approaches, Persistence"was carried into effect to insure the health development of the livestock industry. Ulanhu also proposed the slogan"the development of the livestock is the first". In addition, in the aspect of work among ethnic groups, he attached great importance to the expression ways of the nationalistic form, enhanced the development of the spoken and written languages, cultivated the national cadres, and committed to the nationalization of the organ of self-government. For the contribution Ulanhu made, it still exist an important inspiration and guidance for the adherence to system of regional ethnic autonomy to accelerate its development in an all-around way in further.
