Sino-Soviet relations in Xinjiang problem is an extremely special and important part. In modern times, the Soviet Union has been stepping up their penetration of Xinjiang. Since the 1940s, the ever-changing international situation, China has a tremendous change in the Soviet Union and the United States and Europe and Japan, according to the interests of relations between the adjustment of policy toward China, Xinjiang, and as with the neighboring Soviet Union has been in a semi-independent state becomes more complex. Sino-Soviet relations throughout the forties, the two countries have had a tremendous impact, but the change between the two is inconsistent. This inconsistency arising largely because of the Soviet Union will be based on self-interest as an independent Xinjiang, a region in China to separate policy-making. Moreover, with the rise of the Cold War, the US-Soviet hostility, the United States have gradually involved in the question of Xinjiang. Then the Communist Soviet Union in Xinjiang, the three countries of how the activities of the Quartet, as well as how the policy is changing.
