| Different countries take different measures to ensure the victims of mass torts to get compensation timely, effectively and completely. It is a effective method to establish a compensation fund system which is led by government,sponsored by all sectors of society and relevant enterprises participate in. For this reason, the paper analyzes and elaborates the characteristics,legal status and operation pattern of compensation fund system of mass torts,to put forward my own proposals to establish the compensation fund system of mass torts in China.
