Study On The Social Security Rights In Tibetar

Today ,the research of social security rights is relatively weak, as a research object ,it have selected A few study in Tibet'social security rights'. This article has interpreted systematically about the process of establishment, development and evolution of social security rights in Tibet summarizes experiences and existing problems in the implementation of'social security rights'in Tibet, And advancing measures and Suggestions on the development and perfection of the Tibet right to social. This paper includes five parts:The first part is the introduction. The section mainly introduced the background of studies and significance, reviewed the development of the study on the'social security rights'in Tibet. Finally showed major contents, innovation and research methodology.The second part is the overview of'social security rights'in Tibet. This section mainly expounded the concept of human rights and social security rights and relationship they have. Also has expounded as the second generation of social security rights, in the Tibet autonomous region's development status and the human rights situation, So as to disprove international anti-china forces and Dalai clique's human rights problem in Tibet, all sorts of absurdity to lay a solid foundation.The third part is present situation of'social security rights'in Tibet. First, This section described about all ethnic groups in Tibet without any social security rights before Tibet's peaceful liberation, after in the peaceful liberation the social security gradually produced. Then, the author analyzes to social security rights under the strong leadership by the party central committee and the Tibetan party organizations at all levels, from the reform and opening up has made outstanding achievements. Finally, explained the relationship between the social security and social security rights system, and compared the different phase of development history of new Tibet, the inner mechanism of social security rights and solving paths.The fourth part is about problems of implementation of Tibet's social security rights .the central government and the Tibet autonomous region government for perfecting the social security of Tibet's efforts, the party and the people of the whole country only, only under the support of all levels of government in Tibet under the organization and the people of all ethnic groups in Tibet, vigorously can better, faster construction and perfect social security in Tibet. This section summarizes mainly Tibetan social security construction regularity and particularity, exploring a pathway which is suit for characteristics of Chinese and Tibetan'social security rights'.
