Trade Union And Social Security Research

Along with the accelerated pace of social security system construction and the promoting level of social public welfare level in our country, the added security has been gradually held and gained much attention and recognition, and they can be seen in the security system plays an indispensable positive role. As a representative of the mass organizations, trade union and its safeguard work which are considered not only from the historical process but also from the realistic development all have indissoluble bonds with social security system construction. Therefore, in order to make the national social security system to be consummation and implementation, unite broad worker and make all workers share socialist harmonious society, it is necessary for us to pay further attention on union maintenance function and security work, it is necessary to learn from the foreign advanced experience of the trade union at various levels, it is necessary to promote trade union organization more actively involved in social security to work in the field.The first part of the paper expounds the basic concept of social security system and union safeguard work in China, and also analyzes the historical relationship and the developing process between the social security and the work of trade union.The second section of the paper introduces current situation and new work that trade unions should face in social security fields, and analyzes various deficiencies in practice.In the third part, the paper shows the specific work of trade union in Jinan city as an example, through the existing empirical data, introduces the current work of trade union in social security field, especially some special and useful practice, such as participation in social assistance, promoting employment, etc.Part four expounds the positive work of foreign trade unions in social security field, and summarizes the experience that worth using for reference.The fifth part of the paper puts forward to further countermeasures and suggestions to promote trade unions'work in social security field, namely, the countermeasures to strengthen supervision and check, strengthen the participation source and promote employment and reemployment, begin salary collective to talk things over, establish their trade union added security system, and measures for the difficult operation system, put forward "strengthen carrier construction, organization construction of the union of new ideas, in order to ensure various work orderly and obtain actual effect.
