New Developments Of Chinese Peaceful Diplomacy In The New Century

The new century, the central national leadership analyse calmly, seize opportunities, practical flexibly to promote diplomatic relations in the new international environment. Chinese independent foreign policy of peace more perfect. However, the basic standpoint of Chinese diplomacy has not changed, China has not change it's diplomacy philosophy. The five principles of peaceful coexistence is still the cornerstone of Chinese diplomatic work. With the Reform and Opening and the socialism with Chinese characteristics continue to improve, Chinese peaceful diplomacy are enriching. We has new achievements, but face new challenges, so we have to be calm and make countermeasures. China has entered a new phase. On the basic of Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory ,"Three Represents" and scientific concept of development, China promote with the steady pace and get more developments. Systematic and in-depth study will help us to promote Chinese peaceful diplomacy better, It has great theoretical and practical significance.The first part of this article I analysed the new opportunities for Chinese peaceful diplomacy. Specific aspects: on the one hand , American"Single-pole" will continue to exist in the short term politically, but not for long. On the other hand, the trend of multipolarity is irreversible. Economically, the world's economic development rapidly, developed countries and developing countries promoted economic development in different models. Cultural globalization and cultural diversity coexist cultural.The second part of this article I analysed the Chinese national leadership to grasp the new situation, calm analysis changes orientation of international situation, adjust and improve China's diplomatic strategies in the new century. There are new content: China has always been the path of peaceful development; hold peace, development and cooperation's banner; advocate a new security concept with mutual trust,mutual benefit ; equality and cooperation; adhere to the mutual benefit of open strategy; promote the democratization of international relations; respect for the diversity of the world. The third part of this article I analysed the new achievements in Chinese peaceful diplomacy. Highlighted as follows: big power diplomacy maturing, set in the bilateral relations of China and America, China and Japan, China and Russia, China and EU; the surrounding and regional diplomacy continuous develop. The result of cooperation between China and India significantly; China promoted the six-party talks actively ,maintained security in Northeast Asia and pushed on the diplomacy with the emerging countries. In the new century, the "BRIC", "G20" are bright spots. The multilateral diplomacy was widen and deeply.It has many fruits.China participates actively in inter-governmental international organizations, non-governmental international organizations and regional international organizations. Humanities diplomatic gradually expand and so on.In the fourth part, I analysed the new challenges of China's peaceful diplomacy from economic, political and cultural point of view. Trade, energy, information security need to protect in economic terms. The border dispute, the Taiwan issue, the prominent problem of global terrorism and so on in political terms; The Western cultural expansion, the implementation of cultural hegemony in culture terms, the Chinese culture industry compete weakly and so on.The 21st century, we desire peace, promote and cooperation. China should analyse new challenges.China continue to stick to an independent foreign policy of peace. On the basis of the five principles of peaceful coexistence, China will contact with all countries develop friendly relations and cooperation, develop the full range of diplomatic actively, build a harmonious world, contribute to the world peace and development.
