With the reform and opening of China, real estate agent profession, as an important service branch in real estate industry,has obtained historical developing chances with the prosperity of the real estate industry. As a result,it has played an active role in promoting real estate products exchanging and circulating.But because of the immature law system and the defects of industry association and the government's management is slack, our China's real estate market is quite confused and has some serious problems which need to be solved at once, such as China's real estate brokerage market chaos, market development level is low, the market main body the good and bad are intermingled, exists in large brokerage irregularities. Therefore, it has become a popular concerned issue how to regulate real estate agent market and maintain the security of real estate on the issue of regulating with law the real estate agent market.Then, it must have a very important social meaning to research on the issue of regulating with law the real estate agent market.Basing on experience of the real estate brokerage in Hong Kong, Taiwan region and developed countries like the United States and Japan, and combining the specific conditions in China, I give some suggestions in the following aspects.First, improving relevant legal system in real estate brokerage;Second, perfecting system of industry association, including establishing the independent status of industry association, modifying self-discipline rules,establishing credit archives,Enlarging profession reputation; Third, intensifying the supervision of the government department; Fourth,constructing sharing information mechanism;Fifth, establishing the liability of the real estate broker organization; Finally emphasizing on normalization management.
