The constitution of the legal consciousness which reflects the phenomenon and the impression of evaluation is not only the core part but also the social main body on the constitution in legal culture system. As one of the constitution in our brain, the conscious awareness of constitution is the reflection of conscious awareness of the constitution.The conscious awareness of constitution reflects the decisive concurrently with the national constitution features. The conscious awareness of constitution is the constitutional system and social consciousness of life in order to link state constitutional system construction and operation of constitution. It plays great role in social, economic, political and cultural fields. The reason is that both overall economic level constraints and political formalism desalt. Traditional ideology and culture with the constitution of the siege of resistance have low operation since ancient times because of the lack of cultural foundation. This complex factors in our choice of cultivating citizen to improve consciousness of constitution have to possess pragmatic spirit for the development of economic law. Strengthening the political guarantee, establishing the power and strengthening cultural foundation should be put under the constitution and promote our country citizen consciousness and progress. In the constitution, which have analyzes the awareness of Chinese citizens and its cause, who base on concept of the content structure, the contents of consciousness classification and function of consciousness of constitution should put forward the modernization of civil constitution consciousness in the constitution for scientific strategy of education work to provide theoretical as a starting point with the basic theoretical research and demonstration of the survey method.
