From the point of influential factor in charitable activities and charitable donation, an important feature of modern philanthropy is upgrading of the level of corporation's participation and an more important role in the charitable cause. While in the long term, charitable donations of corporation shows a overall trend of growing, China's existing level of development of charity cause still has great room for improving,compared with that of the developed countries.Corporation's own factors, the factors of the government and charitable organizations and some other factors have led to the formation of this gap. What is the current status of domestic state-owned enterprises? What are the factors causing this situation? How can we improve and enhance the level of participation of corporation in charitable cause.China's development of the charitable cause is relatively late and in-depth study of charitable donations from corporations to academic field is not very much. In such circumstances, the paper conducts a detailed description of charitable status of state-owned enterprises in Fushun City with the method of empirical analysis of the case, with a view to provide information for the development of China's charity cause.The paper conducts a study on constraining factors for charitable cause from the point of main factors and subordinate factor. With so many provinces nationwide and so many types of enterprises with their own characteristics the paper targets the state-owned enterprises of Fushun City. This paper first demonstrated legitimacy of state-owned enterprises to donate, on the basis of that demonstration, the paper described and analyzed the case-"the charitable donation from state-owned enterprises in Fushun City " from the point of the background, charitable donations, charitable motives and mechanisms the main and subordinate restricting factors. Finally, the article summed up the problems reflected from the case and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
