Because the discrepancy of development of the rural and the urban areas can't disappear in a short time, the farmer workers will exist in a long Period. During the construction of the modernization of China, the farmer workers promote the construction of the modernization, as well as bring some problems to the development of themselves and to the society.In the transformation of the society, a lot of social system and policies are in the process of perfection, the unequal phenomenon is easy to appear, in addition most of the farmer works are not so high and far away from quality of the citizen.
