Farmer workers are the redundant labor of the agriculture. They move to the cities and work in the second industry or the tertiary industry. The farmer worker is the product of the development of the society and the emergency of them is the necessary process of the development of the productivity. The farmer workers of our country have play an important role in the construction of modernization of socialism of China and made a great contribution to the urbanization and the modernization. Because the discrepancy of development of the rural and the urban areas can't disappear in a short time, the farmer workers will exist in a long period. During the construction of the modernization of the China, the farmer workers promote the construction of the modernization, as well as bring some problems to the development of themselves and to the society. In the transformation of the society, a lot of social system and policies are in the process of perfection, the unequal phenomenon is easy to appear, in addition, the quality of most of the farmer workers are not so high and far more away from quality of the citizen. So they are easy to become the poor force in the society. Their legislative rights can't be protect fully, their living standard are relatively low, the spiritual life of them are not colorful and their psychological problem are serious, there are lot of conflict between the culture of the rural and the urban areas and so on.
