| Public decision-making is closely link with Administrative culture. Paper study the influence about Administrative cultural to public decision-making. It's research from the current situation of Administrative culture about frontier ethnic autonomous areas. In this paper, I take Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as the case and study It's administrative culture of the current situation. I hope exploited and used autonomous local administrative culture specific resources, try to illustrate the administrative culture in different regional environment and national environment have different performance. It's embracing the characteristics of Chinese traditional administrative culture, but also into its own national characteristics, is a wide range of administrative culture of integration and development. I hope It's can provide some theoretical suggestion about build a unique national characteristics and administrative requirements are closely related to modern administrative and cultural references. This paper analyzed frontier autonomous local administrative cultural impact on public decision-making based on the analysis of the c current border autonomous local administrative culture. In a sense, public decision-making is actually the product of people's consciousness, and it is based on administrative culture, resulting in cultural identity, and made the process of rational choice. This administrative culture impacts on public policy embodied in the positive and negative. In this paper, analysis this influences from the determination of public policy issues, the establishment of the policy agenda of public policy and the planning of public policy program. Article give some advice about taking the excellent administrative culture continue to run through the process of public decision-making; foster positive, advanced administrative culture with local characteristics; improve the quality of public decision-making for border ethnic autonomous areas's stability and development .
