Autonomous Local Government Decision-making Mechanism Research

To make a scientific, democratic, rule of law decision,the ethnic autonomous local government needs to establish a modern decision-making mechanism. Modern decision-making mechanism is, in the decision-making, implementation, evaluation process, forming a scientific and rational basic work rules and systems, and in the decision-making process forming a harmonious relationship. Scientific and rational decision-making mechanism is the national autonomous local government decision-making element policy is the key to a scientific, successful policy.This theory is based on decision theory and new institutional theory.
