From the founding of our Party to new period soialist construction with Chinese characteristics, the masses of people are the power, and our Party is the direction indicator and the resource of people's confidence, Every social reform relies on the masses of people and social mobilization both mobilizes the people, and stablizes and complies with the aspiration of the people.
