The Study On The Governmental Affairs Open Under The Environment Of E-government

With the highly development of information technology on net work nowadays, E-government construction provides a deep reform to the government management.The trend has been universal,become the important content of IT government management.At the same time,with a higher awareness of democracy of citizens and the deepening of the reform of the political system, government affairs opening has been a growing concern.Government departments at all levels actively carry out the exploration and tries. As the center of social resources, The degree of development about the government' information will affect the degree of the government affairs opening, then affect the rights of citizen and the senthusiasm of the public participating and deliberating the governmental affairs.Under this background, as the one of the contents of social information, the E-goverunent have beeping highly valued by all levels of governments, In this kind of information society,only develop the E-government vigorously,can our country develop and use the information resource of the government affairs, enhance the transparence of the government,enhances government credit,and realize the true governmental affairs opening.Work on making government affairs public has achieved outstanding effects in our country.
