Economic System In China's Constitution

From the mid-20th century, in the sixty years time, China promulgated the five Constitution, four constitutional amendments. These changes in the Constitution and the amendments are mainly around the changes in the economic system launched. In the economic system, China's first move from a semi-colonial and semi-feudal economic system in socialist planned economic system, then from the socialist planned economy system to a socialist market economic system.It can be said that the constitutional changes and the constitutional history of the development is the economic system changes and development process.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is about the constitutional basis of the economic system theory, analysis of the economic system and the constitutional content of the economic system, economic system, as well as the constitutional status of the constitutional functions of the economic system. The second part is mainly for foreign comparative study of the constitutional and economic systems, in comparing the United Kingdom, the United States and Germany and Eastern European countries under the Constitution of the economic system, based on their common summarized and provide reference for our experience. The third part of a detailed review of the economic system of China's Constitution, the history of evolution, on this basis, summed up the characteristics of historical evolution, and its root causes in-depth analysis. Finally Part IV set out a reasonable framework for the economic system to build and improve on our current situation and put forward feasible suggestions.
