So the author follow the internal conditions of political mobilization and its inner logic as clue, study the apparent phenomenon shown by political mobilization and make further inspiration from its inner logic.The theoretical terms of political mobilization can dates back to ancient Greek philosophy of Plato's Idea Theory, followed by Machiavelli, Rousseau, Kant's development, and ultimately be improved by Karl Marx's political theory. Along the necessary conditions of political mobilization: the higher cognitive level, the strong position of the mobilization subject and the effectiveness of the means during the process, from the three inner terms, we can find that the political mobilization usually appears in three aspects in logic: the political elite, authoritarian system and the concept of equality in the process. And then sort out the logic of performance of political mobilization.From the internal logic of political mobilization, the mobilization is always conducts in a certain rational framework, but hard to quantify in reality, thus it often behaves some effectiveness to some degrees and negative effects.
