| Human rights is one of present era hot topics. There are different viewpoints and even sharply conflicting in various countries to the problem of human rights. Under the circumstances that international struggle of human rights has been becoming more and more acute, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the theory of the Chinese socialism human rights for us to insist on Marxism views of human rights and further advance the development of the hinese socialism human rights enterprise.Using the standpoint,viewpoint and method of Marxism, In full possession of information and asking for reference in fully from domestic and foreign achievement to investigate and research the history of New China human rights theory.
