Study On Prepaid Legal Service System And Its Localization

As the process of the rule of law, the law has been non-temple things, flooring into thousands of families, as well as, the legal consumption has become the essential living cost added to the shopping list of everyday life. This article focus on prepaid legal service system,has introduced its development process and background information. With the comparative analysis of the related systems, systematically combined the concept, nature, functions of the prepaid legal service system, and also made a tentatively scheme on the localization of the prepaid legal service system, according to the domestic legal circumstance and social security system ,in purpose of improving our social security system.This article is organized as follows. The first section begins with the basic theories of prepaid legal service system, including the definition, property, function and structure, in purpose of building a preliminary theoretical basis. The second section, starting from the original spring of prepaid legal service system, introduces the development of prepaid legal service system in western countries, especially in U.S., about its contents, types and commercial operation mode, to form a basic understanding about the role of prepaid legal service system in handling legal issues and legal risk. The third section discusses the necessity and practicability of the localization of prepaid legal service system, by combining with the domestic situation and legal environment, and also forms an attitude to the localization process.
