| Invasion of alien species which has brought a serious hazard on the economy, human health and biodiversity has become a global problem of biological contamination. Therefore, How to make the legal regulations for the invasion of alien species becomes one of the hot issues in the theoretical study of Environmental Law. The international community and the world's major countries have a large number of legal documents to address the growing problems of alien species invasion. However, there is no special law of managing the invasion of alien species in our country, while the existing laws and regulations are also needed to improve in many aspects.This thesis introduces and analyzes the dangers of alien species, invasion of ways, as well as the legislative achievements of the international community and major countries for preventing the invasion of alien species. On the basis of these, the thesis analyzes the deficiency of our current legislation for preventing the invasion of alien species, and puts forwards the proposals on how to build a suitable condition of our country's invasion of alien species' prevention and control of environmental legal system. It can believe that the invasion of alien species'prevention and treatment not only require biology, physics, chemistry and other scientific methods, and more importantly, require to explore invasive alien species prevention and control measures from the law levels:firstly, it is necessary to learn from international advancing experience in the Legislation, update the legislative ideas and ascertain the legislative purposes; secondly, it is necessary to improve the law principals and systems of preventing from the invasion of alien species,thirdly, it is necessary to improve the management agency and system, establish the unified and cooperative managing process. Finally, it is necessary to train high-quality enforcement team and ascertain the obligation's relationship between the organizations and individuals.
