Cultural security is a state that a country in the multi-cultural conflict and collision, can effectively prevent the infiltration and the expansion of alien harmful cultural factors, and resist to the erosion and the destruction of the internal backward cultural factors, to maintain the independence and national character of national culture, and ensure the core value system of a nation and the behavior of people without impact or threat. At present, the developed western countries with their own economic power, technological superiority and cultural industries of advantages, output and export of capital goods, export their commodities and capital. But at the same time, they peddled strongly their values and behavior. They implement cultural hegemonism policy on developing countries, especially socialist countries to attempt to reach their political purposes through culture infiltration and expansion.
