A Study Of The Chinese Citizen's Political Participation On Network

The human society has been brought into an information era with the fast development and extensive popularization of Internet during 1990s. This technology not only changes the way people work and live but also penetrates into the political life inevitably. The fast development introduced a new way of political involvement carrier—network political space. The network involvement has also been accepted by the public as a new form of involvement in network political space. Internet has become an important means in our fellow citizen's political lives and crucial way to perform human rights. Indispensible problems have been detected during obvious public opinion detection in network politics involvement. It is of highly noticeable meaning in promoting harmonious development of network politics involvement and socialism democracy politics construction to grasp the opportunities brought by internet development and general analysis and solve of the practical problems in network politics involvement. This is also the purpose and value of this research article.This article discusses three main parts:the first part of the general political participation of network analysis, focusing on the theory of political participation on the network screen and analyze, including Internet meaning of political participation, basic characteristics and its general form, and based on our broad network of the basic form of political participation. The second part, in recalling the development of network based on political participation, comprehensive use of comparative analysis, empirical analysis focused on analysis of the network of political participation in the actual situation, further analysis of the network of political participation in the development of practical difficulties, and find out China network of political participation and orderly development of the underlying causes. The final part suggests some countermeasures on the current problems facing in network politics involvement based on systematic analysis on the first three parts. A final suggestion on construct harmonious and ordered involvement is introduced through three hierarchy:construct harmonious ways of public administration; construct democratic involvement and self restriction in public citizens; construct equal negotiable and interactive ways of politics.
