Thought Of Tendency Of Light Punishment Of Duty Crimes

In recent years, with the development of the tendency of the lessing and suspending of Penalty, the tendency of the crimes by taking advantage of duty are more and more obvious.Goverment departments on anti-corruption and people who concernt about building a fine party culture and keeping its organizations have paid much attention to it and vigilanced it.So,I made a statistical analysis of the sentences of crimes by taking advantage of duty by procuratocial institution through sthenia symdrome in rencent years. Based on those, I analyze the reason and harmful effects of the tendency by my learning of laws. I raise my superficial view which transform or eliminate the crimes by taking advantage of duty on following aspects:the law enforcement idea, legislation, judicature and the system of supervising of the laws, and hope that those will make profit for the anti-corruption and legislation of the crimes by taking advantage of duty.
