| Breaking the rules or laws of public officers is a task all over the world, while breaking the rules of the Party members and cadres is a problem with a certain Chinese characteristics.With Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of Three Represents and the Scientific Concept of Development as guidance, by analyzing current situation, basic concepts, basic theory of some Party members and cadres, as well as the status and peculiarity of some Party members and cadres in Xinhua County during the past five years, the paper researches the causes why the Party members and cadres broke the rules and laws, in subjective, objective, economic, political, social, job and other aspects. On the other hand, the paper offers some new views on replying strategies of innovation of education, system, supervision, and work.There is five chapters in this article. Chapter I points out the research methods and thinking trains of information consulting, empirical analysis, case analysis, a comprehensive analysis on the basis of the analysis of topic-choosing background and study of the current status; Chapter II simply introduces the basic concept of the Party members and cadres, rules, breaking the rules and disciplinary action, breaking the rules and corruption, breaking the laws, etc. Furthermore, it introduces the basic theory of constitute a theoretical discipline, building a fine Party culture and keeping its organization clean. Chapter III analyses the situation and characteristics of breaking the rules of the Party members and cadres during the past 5 years, with six consists and four major characteristics; Chapter IV analyses the causes of cases from the following aspects: subjective and objective, political and economic, social and job; The Fifth Chapter raises innovations and breakthrough of replying strategies in five aspects.Conclusion of the thesis analyses the research results and the field which need an intensive study. |
