The advent of the Internet age has profoundly affected people's lives. At the same time, but also to people's personal privacy has brought unprecedented challenges. As a privacy barrier of time and space, before the network seems to have lost the meaning of its barrier, giving hundreds of years of human life and values formed a tremendous impact on the protection of internet privacy of citizens arose. Therefore, to explore ways to effectively protect the network privacy, no doubt has an important practical significance. In this paper, a comparative analysis of the method, in the relevant foreign legal systems based on in-depth study, combined with China's specific national conditions, made a number of recommendations with a view to China's internet privacy protection system to build useful.This text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter on basic theories of the right to privacy of a brief introduction to the traditional concept of privacy, identity and the specific content of the detail.
