Research Of Legal System Of The Agricultural Domestic Support About China

The concept of'Domestic support'stems from (URAA) which negotiated on Uruguay Round Domestic support refers to the Governments to adopt national policies to support agriculture and farmers as the object of measures carried out by a variety of financial expenditure. As an important part of URAA, domestic support focused on the rules of agriculture production and trade. With implemented of the URAA in 1995, the United States, European Union, Japan and other developed countries modified its own agricultural domestic support policies. Compared with developed countries, China's agricultural domestic support policies has some issues, such as the low level of support, low efficiency, poor structural and so on. In order to enhance China's agriculture support and protection, author attempts to provide practical and effective recommendations within the framework of WTO rules.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter defines the concept of domestic support, analyzing the URAA on the basic content of domestic support, summed up the implementation of the theoretical basis of domestic support policies, an overview of China's agricultural domestic support commitments. This chapter is mainly for the full text of the discussion to provide theoretical groundwork.The second part just studies China's basic conditions of agricultural domestic support. Through our long-term domestic support policies, collate and summarize, and drawn on the basis of quantitative analysis of China's domestic support policies the problems and shortcomings.The third deals with the United States, European Union, Japan and other developed countries in domestic support situation. Through the part of the study, the author tried to learn from the experience of developed countries to adapt to our methods and measures put forward a sound for the next part of the discussion of our domestic support policies to provide support.The last part summarized the contents of this article mentioned above, combined with the progress of the Doha round of negotiations as well as China's "Shier Wu planning" trend, put forward a sound agricultural domestic support policies of the specific recommendations.
