The Chinese biggest obstacle to the household registration system is its rural population, urbanization, urban-rural split. It hindered the productivity of its most active and most active factor of production - people's freedom of movement. The free movement of people is an important symbol of modern development, but also the inevitable result of development of market economy. The free movement of persons is conducive to the orderly flow of human resources, and optimized. However, China's urbanization is still lagging behind, the household registration system has become the bottleneck of China's economic development has constrained China's industrialization, modernization, and market-oriented process, is not conducive to solve the "three rural" issue, affecting the well-off society and building a comprehensively promoting harmonious the pace of society. Therefore, to promote the process of urbanization has become China's socio-economic development a major strategic task. This study was the household registration system reform on rural urbanization in China, to explore through reform the household registration system to solve China's rural population, urbanization process, with a view to speed up the urbanization process in China provides a theoretical basis.This reference to the vast literature to learn about the world's rural population status and history of urbanization and master a variety of foreign population theory and population migration theory. Also know that China's Urbanization and the status quo and development trends, identify the urbanization of China's rural population may be a problem, and the reason for the existence of these problems and finally put forward to solve China's rural problems of urbanization in the problem response.First, Reforming the existing household registration system: To improve the household registration management legislation; abolish the dual household registration system, the household registration system, implemented a dollar; the reform of household registration transfer system.Second, Improving the rural land system: the establishment of agricultural land market, the capital of the implementation of land management; clear land property rights, the shares of agricultural land use rights; the rural land system and rural social security system and coordinated promotion.Third, Establishing the fair and free labor employment system, and promoting the rural labor transfer: fostering national unity and fair competition in the labor market; enactment of a fair treatment of town, "migrant workers" policy; for rural labor to urban areas the transfer of non-agricultural industries to provide various services.
