The Construction On Incentive Mechanism Of Undergraduate Ideological And Political Education

Study of incentive mechanism for ideological and political education is to research the organic links between its various elements and their certain operations in the process of incitement. So this paper is not only going to probe into the constitute elements and their interrelations as for incentive mechanism for ideological and political education, it is also going to research it as a dynamic system as a whole.At present, as to the study of incentive mechanism for undergraduate ideological and political education, most academic papers have focused on its constitute elements like incentive methods, means, principles, etc. and few has devoted to the study of mechanism of their interactions. Therefore, study on the connotations, features and operations of incentive mechanism for undergraduate ideological and political education from the theory level will provide a certain analytical framework for the relevant research of this field. Moreover, gains coming from surveys and practice provide new perspectives and ideas for the further research, and they are also of great theoretical and practical significance.So studying incentive mechanism for ideological and political education from the theoretical and practical perspectives is the main concern of this paper.This paper has two research purposes.The first is to try to give a systematic definition for incentive mechanism of undergraduate ideological and political education so as to lay the foundation for the relevant further study. The second is to analyze objectively the incentive process of undergraduate ideological and political education and is to further detail interactive mechanism of its various elements into information communication mechanism for inciting the subject and the object, control mechanism for incentive process, evaluation mechanism for encouragement benefits and feedback mechanism for incentive information. Through the research on the operations of these four concrete mechanisms, this paper may come up with a practical operation mode for ideological and political education of college students.This paper has adopted analytic methods combining the normative and empirical analysis.By empirical research, it has explored the roots of ineffectiveness of China's ideological and political education as for university students, the limitations of the existing incentives for ideological and political education and the problems emerging during the course of incentive mechanism implementation. Based on the empirical research, through empirical analysis,the paper has put forward several feasible proposals as for the construction of incentive mechanism of undergraduate ideological and political education, so as to achieve effectiveness and stability in consideration of the existing problems.Thus, basing on the current research conditions and from the theoretical framework of incentive mechanism for undergraduate ideological and political education, this paper has conducted a relevant study with the survey of a certain university. The main results obtained are as follows:Firstly. The paper has given a relatively clear definition for the connotations of incentive mechanism of undergraduate ideological and political education, and it has also identified its main elements.Furthermore, through questionnaire surveys, the paper has conducted an empirical research from various angles concerning the significance and the problems existing in the mechanism. So it has laid a solid foundation for the construction of incentive mechanism of undergraduate ideological and political educationSecondly. Basing on the construction methods and principles of incentive mechanism and combining the particularity of ideological and political education, this paper has creatively built a dynamic operation system for various elements of incentive mechanism of undergraduate ideological and political education, which will improve the mechanism's systematicity and application.
