Research On The Application Of Incentive Theory To College Students’ Ideological And Political Education

Incentive theory is a psychological and behavioral process that stimulates people’s internal driving forces to establish human behavior on the basis of their aspirations and the desired goal.The ideological and political education of college students is to form positive attitudes and behaviors through the internalization of individual qualities.This is a systematic and complicated task of educating,influencing,and shaping people,and has its own incentive function.Therefore,by the research results of the motivating theory,we can better understand the behavior,which can help us to analyze and guide people’s thinking and behavior from the perspective of ideology and behavior science.Firstly,this article discusses the motivation theory and the necessity of ideological and political education.Through the combination of college students’ behaviors and ideas,we find out the combination of motivation theory and college students’ ideological and political education,so as to improve the innovative development of ideological and political education of college students.Secondly,starting from the different types of incentive theories,we will make a comprehensive and complete analysis of the current situation about the practical application of ideological and political education,which has a certain guiding significance for the study of ideological and political education.Finally,according to the plasticity of college students’ group behaviors and the orientation of ideological and political education,with the help of results of student results analysis,corresponding measures are put forward to better analyze the behavior and ideological status of college students.The ideological and political education stimulates and mobilizes people’s initiative and creativity by learning from and applying the content and methods of the motivation theory,so as to fully tap people’s potential,improve the overall work efficiency,and also to explore new ideological and political education teaching laws,enriching and innovate their own theory.
