China is a large agricultural country. The problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is the major problems of overall situation of China's economic and social development .Since the founding of New China, China's cities have made significant progress, but the development of rural areas goes relatively slowly, and the slow development of rural areas has become a big problem on the road to build a well-off society in China. So, how can we make our rural areas develop, agricultural efficiency improve and farmers incomes increase? That is to break China's current urban-rural dual structure of existing.
