| Today, the competitive level reached a certain peak, we will not only change sports system,but also more concerned about the overall quality of training. In the economic globalization and the knowledge information era, overall capabilities of the personnel have become increasingly demanding, knowledge and skills are no longer the only. Innovation, adventure spirit, personality, quality, integrity, work attitude, the spirit of take the risk and face the challenge, are also the important factors in the success of future talent. Outward Bound in cultured human team spirit and self-defeat has unique advantages, therefore, it has practical significance that higher education in the use of Outward Bound content into the community college students to adapt to social environment, improve our overall quality.In this paper, on the basis of reading many relevant literatures, in the methods of interviews, questionnaires, statistics and logical analysis, I conducted a survey on teachers and students in colleges and universities of Yangpu District, analyzed and discussed the current situation, influencing factors and measures of colleges and universities in Shanghai to carry out the Outward Bound. Survey showed that:1.College students in Shanghai have a certain degree of understanding with Outward Bound, and most students interested in it.2.The main forms of Students take part in Outward Bound are courses and communities, and the latter is major.3.The reasons of students attend to Outward Bound most are still of entertainment, learning the skills of self-help, but the choice of a small number of self-improvement also reflects the contemporary college students have been aware of the importance of comprehensive development.4. Shanghai college students currently involved in Outward Bound program are mainly of orienteering, rock climbing, mountaineering, camping and outdoor survival and so on.5.Some Shanghai universities have set up Outward Bound courses. On the one hand, the majority of teachers in Outward Bound teaching have high academic qualifications, but the ratio of professional training and education is not high. On the other hand, teaching has not a complete theoretical system, including the uniform teaching materials, scientific evaluation system, test standards.6. Many universities have set up Outward Bound community, but because of the openness of playgrounds is not high, the funding sources are not sufficient, lack of professional instructors, they still unable to meet their own development and the needs of the students.7. Teachers and students in Shanghai Universities and Colleges have a strong will to popularize Outward Bound and support in various forms and diversity of content.8.Target the Outward Bound current status in Shanghai universities, puts forward corresponding countermeasures:diversify more practical projects, fully develop school resources; combine with the actual situation in schools, appropriate set up relevant courses, scientific organize teaching process; promote Outward Bound communities development, and support multiple participation models; perfect facilities, increase financial input; add to the construction of teachers;train risk awareness, strengthen safety education, improve the security system and protection policies;actively carry out relevant events, incentive mechanisms, create a good atmosphere. |
