Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures The Development Of Outward Bound Of Higher Vocational Colleges In Jiangsu Province

The higher occupation education has double attribute of higher education andoccupation education,With the main task,the higher occupation education is to develophigh-end skilled talents. Expanding training can effectively penetrate the generaloccupation quality, and has obvious effect on ability cultivation method of occupationability of higher vocational students and social ability, expanding training is one of theeffective ways to cultivate high-end skilled talents in Higher Vocational colleges. At thesame time, which can promote the expansion of training in Higher Vocational Colleges inJiangsu Province Sports Curriculum Reform in Higher Vocational colleges. There are twomain purpose of this research.The first one is the theoretical research through the studyhope to enrich, improve the vocational college development training, the second is to seekthe development strategy, promote the popularization of Higher Vocational Colleges inJiangsu to expand the training and effective development, build accord with characteristicsof higher vocational education training practical modes of operation, to expand the trainingthe talents in the higher vocational colleges culture plays a greater role in providingtheoretical basis and practical reference.This research mainly adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method,which carried out the training situation of Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu provinceto expand the investigation and study, draws the following conclusion.1, There are43Higher Vocational Colleges,which had currently carried out trainingcourse. Training course mainly has three forms: training in schools(43schools), trainingcourse (8schools) and social training (4schools), three forms of complement each other,mutual promotion. The training course is still in the initial stage from expanding the scaleand content settings etc. 2, The training schools is organized by student job management department mainly,the training object for student cadres; mainly through the mental health education, thestudent cadre training, entrepreneurship education and military training and other ways todevelop. Arrange training time at the weekend, each training half to one day time; fundsmainly come from the implementation of special funds of the organization department.Standardization and project settings optimization and so on system construction, training inthe training of teachers should be further improved.3, The colleges which extended training courses in Jiangsu Province can closelysports reform and development pattern in the goal and the curriculum design, highlightingthe role of boosting the Higher Vocational Physical Education in talents cultivation, focuson the cultivation of occupation accomplishment, ability and social ability. The majority ofparticipating the curriculum students held a positive attitude to develop the training ofclassroom teaching atmosphere, think the classroom learning on their own comprehensivequality and enhance the ability of occupation have significant effect.4,To expand the training of teaching is mainly implemented by embedding the highervocational sports elective course, teaching hours are generally not high for8hours or so;the majority of institutions offering term placed in the one or two semester, fewinterspersed in the four semester in physical education. The project provided mainly by theground project and low project primarily, high-altitude projects relatively rare. Evaluationof curriculum content mainly focus on related to mental health and occupation abilityfactor.5, There is lack of leadership attention, funds and facilities can not meet the actualdemand of basic conditions, only the construction of4colleges and universities moreperfect development training base, has seriously hindered the development of OutwardBound training; training courses to expand the teachers is mainly by young teachers,academic level and academic level on the whole meet the teaching requirements, but thenumber of teachers proficient in fewer projects, project design, organization skills practiceoperation ability also need to upgrade, teachers participate in the expansion of the relatedtraining less.6, At present, there is only4higher vocational colleges carry out social training.Social training is an effective way of social service of higher vocational colleges, highervocational colleges to carry out the training to expand the social training has its own favorable factors, but also expand training in the major direction of the development ofHigher Vocational colleges.According to the research,We puts forward the following countermeasures.1,We should strengthen the leadership attention, forming Department linkage.Expanding training course teaching in the sports department implementing subject, alsorelated to the school work, office, Communist Youth League, the logistics department andother departments, departments linkage support, help each other is very important, theschool should establish the coordination mechanism to work efficiently, the formation ofthe specific implementation of Outward Bound Training organization guarantee.2, We should make feasible plan based on the reality of universities. Highervocational colleges must be based on sufficient investigation of the actual school basiccondition in the development of the study, learn from the successful experience of colleges,development planning and feasible, suit one’s measures to local conditions, step by step topromote the work.3, We should strengthen the training of teachers, to pay attention to the practiceoperation. According to the expansion of training needs in higher vocational colleges,through all kinds of ways to raise teachers’ implementation of the expansion of trainingtheory and practical operating ability, enhance the development training organizationcontrol and specialization.4, We should has a clear understanding of the course target, optimizing the curriculum.Independent develop training courses, the curriculum design more system, curriculumobjectives can highlight more obvious. Actively open public elective courses, increaseteaching class.
