The vocational self-concept is the reflection of the individual self-concept to occupation.Not only high school students'vocational self-concept is the foundation of filling the college entrance examination wish and the occupation choice, also is restricting high school students'emotion and the behavior, affecting their study condition.Therefore, clarifying the present situation of high school students'vocational self-concept, guiding their vocational self-concept development and adjusting their study condition become important aspects to guide high school students'growth.This article unifying predecessors ' fundamental research and the confirmation research, according to the open style's questionnaire, half structurized interview, the factor analysis's result, has studied high school students'vocational self-concept's definition and structure, and established high school students'vocational self-concept's questionnaire, using it and Maslach's study burnout questionnaire revised by Pan Jiayong(2008), studied the relation of the high school students'vocational self-concept and study burnout, the research conclusion is follows:(1) High school students'vocational self-concept'structure including six dimensions, individual quality, vocational interpersonal relationship, professional ability, professional manner, occupational ethics, professional values.(2) Professional manner's grade difference and the discipline difference are remarkable, the third students and the second students,the first students'professional manner difference is remarkable.(3) High school students'vocational self-concept'sex difference is remarkable, displays separately in the vocational ethics, the vocational interpersonal relationship and the professional manner aspects.(4) Mothers' school record has the profound influence to the high school students'vocational self-concept's formation.The medium school record mother's child and low school record mother's child's professional ability difference and individual quality difference is remarkable, the medium school record mother's child and the low school record mother's child,the high school record mother's child's vocational interpersonal relationship's difference is remarkable.(5) Their own experience has obvious influence to high school students'vocational self-concept.High school students with vocational activities and without vocational activities,the difference is remarkable in the occupational ethics aspect, the professional ability aspect, the occupation interpersonal aspect and individual quality aspect. Student cadres and the ordinary student's professional ability difference and individual quality difference is remarkable.(6) High school students with low degree's study burnout, have stricter vocational ethics, friendlier vocational interpersonal relationship, more positive professional manner, stronger professional abilities, higher individual quality; with medium degree's study burnout, high school students'vocational interpersonal relationship professional abilities individual quality is generanl; High school students'study burnout is serious with stricter vocational ethics and negative professional manner.
