Learning burnout is a kind of negative mental state.Vocational high school students are technical and skilled talents that the nation aims to cultivate.The improvement of their learning burnout will have beneficial effects on their physical and mental health and the development of vocational education in the nation.Resilience,positive coping style and positive self-evaluation contribute to the formation of good learning attitude and behavior.Therefore,this study explores the current situation and relationship of vocational high school students' learning burnout,resilience,coping style and self-evaluation,in order to improve the level of resilience and self-evaluation of vocational high school students,increase the use of their positive coping style,make their learning burnout prevention and mitigation,and provide some Suggestions for the cultivation and construction of the related positive psychology of vocational high school students.In this study,1087 vocational high school students from three vocational high schools in Pengan and luxian counties in sichuan province and xinchang county in zhejiang province,were selected by the method of convenient sampling.They were investigated by questionnaire,using the Learning Burnout Scale for Adolescents,the Resilience Scale for Adolescents,the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and the Self-evaluation Questionnaire for Middle School Students.Among them,728 students were from sichuan and 359 students from zhejiang;there were 398 students in grade one,341 students in grade two and 348 students in grade three;the mean age was16.69±1.06.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The learning burnout of vocational high school students is serious.There are significant differences in learning burnout and its physical and mental exhaustion dimension and so on of vocational high school students of different region,gender,grade,family economic status,parents' education level and left-behind or non-left-behind.2.The resilience of vocational high school students is in the middle level.Thereare significant differences in resilience and its positive cognition dimension and so on of vocational high school students of different region,gender,grade,family location,family economic status,parents' education level and left-behind or non-left-behind.3.The positive coping style of vocational high school students is in the middle level,slightly higher than the negative coping style.There are significant differences in the positive coping style of vocational high school students of different region,grades,family economic status,mother's education level and left-behind or non-left-behind.There is significant difference between male and female vocational high school students in negative coping style.4.The self-evaluation level of vocational high school students is low.There are significant differences in self-evaluation of vocational high school students of different region,gender,grade,family location,family economic status,mother's education level and left-behind or non-left-behind.5.Resilience significantly negatively predicts the learning burnout of vocational high school students.The goal focus of resilience has the greatest influence on learning burnout,followed by emotional control.6.There is a significant positive correlation between resilience and self-evaluation.Self-evaluation plays a part of mediating role between resilience and learning burnout of vocational high school students.7.The positive coping style and self-evaluation play a chain mediating role in the influence of resilience on learning burnout of vocational high school students.Negative coping style and self-evaluation do not play a chain mediating role in the influence of resilience on learning burnout of vocational high school students,but resilience still has an impact on learning burnout through negative coping style or self-evaluation.
