In our country, higher education is developing fast in good quality. And highervocational technology education takes the role of more and more important in the highereducation development. At the same time, people take more and more attention to the learningsituation of the higher vocational students. People focus on the higher vocational studentslearning burnout problems. This paper quoted a questionnaire made by professor Lianrongand Yang lixian. I choose the higher vocational students in the education institute as the objectof study. When300higher vocational students in the education institute answered thequestionnaire, I found learning burnout really existed in higher vocational students in thiscollege, but it’s not serious. Different gender makes different degree of learning burnout.Different grade and different economic background of higher vocational students makesdifferent degree of learning burnout in emotional exhaustion, depersonalization anddiminished personal accomplishment, the three dimension of the learning burnout.I analysis the reasons of the learning burnout around the above three factors in threedimensions of the learning burnout producing different performance. I analysis from twoaspects, one is internal cause, the other is external cause. Finally I give some suggestions onthe education in the Institute of Education and higher vocational education according to theresult of the survey in order to make people understand the higher vocational studentslearning burnout situation in the education institute. And then they can try their best toimprove the situation of the learning burnout. At the same time it can make a little inspire toimprove the development of higher vocational education.
