Study On Higher Vocational College Teachers' On-job Training

In recent years,the development of social economy promotes higher vocational education, at the same time, it promotes the quality of higher vocational education. This situation brings a huge challenge to the quality of teachers'teaching of higher vocational school. Carry out on-job training in the higher vocational schools, improve the quality of the teachers in the higher vocational schools, promote their professional growth, all of these are important to promote the quality of higher vocational education and satisfy the social demands. However ,most of the higher vocational schools don't pay a lot attention to the on-job training .The study on the on-job training will be significant for the development of higher vocational education and it will reinforce the social economy.This study has investigated several higher vocational schools in different regions in Dalian for teachers'on-job training, which analyzes the training situation ,the problems and the reasons .Meanwhile, according to the current situation ,proposes some feasibility suggestions, expecting to help the study on the on-job training of higher vocational teachers.This study is consisted of four parts:Chapter one——Introduction. Start form the introduction of the background of the development of the higher vocational schools,and the importance of reinforce the on-job tranning. Bring forward the problems, describe the significance of the study. Describe in detail the situation of foreign vocational teachers, sort out the research on the on-job training in domestic, describe it from several aspects. Finally, define the relevant concept.Chapter two——Introduce the process and the method of this study.Chapter three——Analyze the questionnaire and oral interview which obtained in different areas of Dalian, find out the problems and reasons of higher vocational teachers'on-job training.Chapter four——According to the problems of higher vocational teachers'on-job training in Dalian, considering the current situation, give some strategies and suggestions.
