Reform and opening has brought Shenzhen Special Zone a prosperous economy and different kinds of cultures. Compared with either the other cities in our country or the past traditional conditions, the background of middle school moral education has great regional characteristics: in the floating population of over 8 million, "the fanner and worker family", "the business family" occupy a great number. However, they only lie on a lower cultural level, and the middle school students' family is complicated but rich. The children are keen on chasing the fashion. In their puberty, they like stirring up trouble, they are early-maturing and have casual sex concept. Besides, most parents think that children's marks and basic quality are the business of school's education. Teachers must be responsible for these. In such special and difficult moral education surroundings, the main channels are gradually losing their dominant position. The teachers have a weak moral effect. Students' psychological problems and bad behaviors are serious. School's low effect of moral education is becoming more and more serious.As we all know, the effect of moral education is the result of many factors' combination.
