Nowadays, it's an information time, due to the advantages of computer networks, educational information is the inevitable trend of educational development, and the construction of network teaching resources is undoubtedly a necessary link to achieve education information. Higher Vocational Education is in the rapid development in our country, because of its special nature of personnel training, it's more necessary to use the advantages of computer networks to promote development. So, how can we combine with the characteristics of vocational colleges when constructing network teaching resources, the construction of network teaching resources of vocational colleges is necessary.The coverage of network teaching resources is very wide, this thesis of "network teaching resources" is based mainly on the part of the network of teaching materials, namely, web-based informational teaching resources. According to my own experience and the interpretation to "Education Resources Technical Specifications", network teaching resources in this thesis are generally divided into three categories: material, product, reference. As Vocational'training objective is the first line of technical talent, so this discussion of network teaching resources construction is based on the general construction of teaching resources, in close connection with the characteristics of vocational colleges and the specific features.This thesis mainly discusses the research background and significance, the status of domestic and foreign research and the main research method used; the definition and classification of "network teaching resources";vocational'training target and its specialty when constructing network teaching resources; the theoretical basis of network teaching resources, from behaviorism, Gestalt theory, constructivism, connectivism, and capacity-based educational theory, as the basis for construction of network teaching resources; Vocational Education network resources construction is a complex system project, to advanced teaching theory, instructional design theory as a guide, combining with features of vocational colleges, largely through 4 phase: the initial analysis, design, production development, testing update.
