With the help of the information technology, teachers can share the available resources, gradually perfect and rich curriculum resources, fully tap the tacit knowledge of teachers. Besides, it can also make the organization of the curriculum knowledge more orderly and promote the improvement of organization form and method of curriculum resources, which not only helps students to learn something with these resources, but also widen students’sphere of knowledge, improve their self-learning ability and create favorable conditions to further enhance the quality of teaching and learning.In order to adapt the information-based teaching and meet the requirements of students to network teaching resources, the research aims at reconstructing the chemical network teaching resources platform through literature research and questionnaire survey method, which is based on theoretical research and empirical research.The first part is the introduction, the research related concepts are defined, the research development of domestic and international network teaching resources platform is analysized, and the research content and method are proposed mentality for this article research.The second part analyses foreign Massachusetts Institute of Technology OCW course site, MOOC site,"icourse" excellent resources sharing course and Shaanxi Normal University physical chemistry excellent course website.In the third part the kind of education theory provides the theoretical basis for structure design module network teaching resources platform. The survey provide a realistic basis for structure design of module teaching resources platform for network course for grade2012students of Shaanxi Normal University College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.The fourth part mainly investigates how to set the university chemical network teaching resources platform thorough the teaching concepts, principles and strategies etc so as to provide useful methods and ideas for the university network teaching resources platform. The fifth part is the conclusion part. Carries on the summary to this research, the innovation of research, and explain the inadequacies of the study, put forward suggestions on further study.
