This paper takes literature research, content analysis studies as the main approach and the design of network course of "theory of modern education" as the carriers, achieves the goal of the design on the network teaching resources.Two suggestions appears after the research: 1. suggestion of the design on the network teaching platform are proposed, which have learning, reflection, dialogue, study monitoring, teaching management and strong personality functions.2. suggestion of instructional design that intagrating the network teaching resources and make an example of the instructional designI believe that the design of the network teaching resources should emphasize the learning enviroment and study activities, the choice of teaching content must conform to the times, openness, integration and levels, and pepole who choose the content should be pluralism, and the model of the choice should be process-based. The organization of teaching content is necessary to comply with the laws of cognitive and to facilitate the realization on technology, but also in accordance with the characteristics of the learners and the courses, the organization of teaching must reflect the teaching strategy. Functional structure of the design on network courses emphasizes the view that the development of resources is process-based, stresses the interactive features and the learning monitoring ,teaching management capabilities are process-based too, emphasis on the network-based evaluation system that is recursive..
