Class teaching and school assignment as an important part of after-school consolidation has been the forefront of all teaching recognized by educators. However, the traditional operation is mainly based on mechanical copying and imitation, or is related to the completion of the content and learning exercises as a means of supporting and purpose. Part of the completion of operations,many educators tend to ignore the object of education, namely, differences in personality development of students. In order to "Let every student be most rapid progress and development", we must discover, understand the layout of the current job problems and shortcomings, a group targeted on the very content of the work setting, which requires stratified operation design.Designing a hierarchical content compared to traditional uniform, form the single operation mode to another operation for the purposes of design concepts, is reasonable for students to learn the state of stratification based on the excellent expression, and poor students learning differences, pay attention to every level of learning groups, mental development, arrange their learning ability, consistent with the appropriate knowledge construction and other work to promote the effective development of students at different levels.This study on the status of studentsand teachers to investigate the situation layout operations,stratistics , analysis of the foundations, the dynamic stratification of students. Studies have shown that the implementation of the hierarchical operations, regardless of the learning ability of students to learn the level of psychological development or have a positive and effective promotion.
