According to many years of high school physics teaching,it is often found that students have quite weak foundation on learning physics,it has formed that academic records spilts into polarization extremely and the students learn physics with low learning passion,which are not good for the college entrance examination evaluation.In order to change the situation,the author found out the reason of how to the phenomenon is offer positively,and also developed methodes and strategies which are suitable for the teaching conditions in Pingguo High School.So that we can promote both sides for making student's performance improvement and inproving student's learning ability.Stratified teaching is defined that the teacher divided students into several groups base on their level of ability,level of knowledge and potential of learning.Thus the teacher teach and treat students in strategy differently.As a result,student can enhance their own level while they are involved in the Stratified teaching.Stratified teaching is base on educational psychological science.And the main theoretical basis include the zone of proximal development in Vygotsky,constructivism theory,Gardner's Multi-intelligence Theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Babansky's theory of teaching form optimization.All of theories are conform to the scientific rules of learning.According to these theories,the author attempts to solve the practical problems that existed in high school physics teaching processes by using stratified teaching strategy.It is all about insure students in different levels of learning can learn and gain knowledge or even ability from progress and development.In the teaching courses,the author explores respectively the application of stratified teaching in the new course teaching,exercise course teaching and review course teaching in high school physics teaching.During the long term progress,it wasused integratedly four research methods: literature research,action research,educational investigation and case analysis.In the practice of stratified teaching of the fresh courses,the author was analyzed the gains and losses of the former physics concept teaching and application,compared the connection of the content between middle level and higher level school textbooks,and found out the difficulties in the concept acceptance and application of students.So that they can formulate and implement comprehensive stratified teaching strategies for students.From the design of guidance of learning plan,to the establishment of teaching objectives and procedures,and finally to the specific process of concept application,stratified teaching is keep close to theories— zone of proximal development and constructivism to guide teaching.The stratified teaching of the new course focuses on the construction process of physical concepts in students' knowledge system and the learning feedback of students at all level to strain after the ideal teaching effect.In practice of stratified teaching about for exercise class,the author analyzes issues from the perspective of the learning content and students' learning situation,from which has been clear about the need to develop in the process of learning physical ideas and methods,and then layering the content of exercise class step by step.They can design the knowledge of learning objectives and teaching process,the process of teachingThe teacher should pay attention to guide hierarchically in students,teach students a problem-solving method for a question type,establish physical process model and improve the student's ability to solve problems.In the practice of multi-level teaching of recitation,the author follows closely the requirements of the college entrance examination,analyzes the learning background and knowledge level of the teaching objects and so on,also designing review plans for different levels and selecting typical examples,as well as paies attention to the multi-level objectives of teaching contents and the multi-level implementation of teaching methods.In the review process,it is not only attaches importance to the improvement of students' knowledge structure and problemsolving ability,but also considers comprehensively the influence of learning interest,motivation and other non-intellectual factors,which can actually help students to establish a learning confidence and improve the review efficiency.Through the research and experimental comparison on the implementation of stratified teaching in pre-class preview,classroom research,after-class summary also the exercise consolidation,the author summarizes a useable implementation scheme of stratified teaching.We can draw a conclusion from the comparison with the experimental statistical analysis,the implementation of the stratified teaching is quite useful to help students from different levels to understand how to understand the concept,solve the problem andset a net of knowledge.With more benefits,it can make the students improve their study compare with their former study.In term of this,not only their can develop physics learning ability,logical thinking ability enhance,but it can also improve the students' interest in learning,as well as training their thirst for knowledge.
