Nowadays, with the increasing applications of information technology and with the popularization of internet in the modern society, the"listening"ability has played the more and more important role in people's lives. However, the Chinese teaching in Middle School nowadays always pays more attention to reading and writing and less to listening and speaking. And the Integration of multimedia-internet technology and the Chinese teaching of listening and speaking has been neglected.In this paper, the author focus on a questionnaire survey and interviews of teachers'empirical study combing teaching practice, analyzing the current capacity of the Middle school language training objectives of the development of listener, the development of Chinese listening teaching in the Middle School and some relative problems. With the multimedia network teaching advantages, we can enrich the teaching materials, change the traditional teaching models of teachers and students learning, centralize training strategy of Chinese listening-speaking, and then improve the language ability of junior high school students, accelerating the all-round development of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
