Teaching practice for pre-service teachers is an important and indispensable part of teacher education, which would directly influence the development of future teachers and the improvement of education quality. Therefore, many countries have paid more attention to teaching practice and have considered it as an important part of teacher education. Since 1978, many domestic scholars have presented a number of good insights on strengthening the practice teaching in normal universities, especially on educational practice from the theory, practice, history, current status and international comparison perspective, which have played a positive role for the practical teaching reform of teacher education in China. However, from the point of the current overall situation of teacher education in China, practical teaching for pre-service teachers has not been paid attention widespread and education and teaching practice courses are rather weak.To meet the change of new curriculum reform in concept, content, method and evaluation, etc, H University adjusted the training objective, specialty settings, course structure and reformed the teaching methods on basis of the goals and content of the curriculum reform of fundamental education in recent years. And then a curriculum system of teacher education including four modules such as the foundation of Education and Psychology courses, Educational Research and the Development courses, Educational Practice and Skill courses, and Subject Education courses, was systematically constructed at H University. Based on the traditional teaching practice and the current internal and external practice teaching resources and conditions of the university, the practice teaching system of "education student, study and practice integration" was constructed, which making the training, subject study and education practice run through the four year's professional study of pre-service teachers step by step. Due to the distinctive practical features of the professional development of teacher education, the practice teaching system at H University effectively responded the national strategy to enhance the current quality of teacher education, and broke through and reformed the traditional pattern of practice teaching for pre-service teachers. It has great research value not only in theory but also in practice, and would have a positive impact on practice teaching reform of teacher education in China.This study systematically analyzed the ideas, progress and results of the practice teaching reform for pre-service teachers and problems in the implementation process in H University, so as to provide case experiences for the practice teaching reform of teacher education in China, and then put forward ideas and proposals for further reform through the reflection of the problem in practice reform. The five parts of this paper are as follows:Introduction:Innovation of the model of practice teaching for pre-service teachers. This part mainly described the basis and significance of the topics and defined the related concepts, and described the research methods through carding the relevant references.The second part:The theoretical basis of practice teaching reform for pre-service teachers in H University. This part systematically discussed the theory of teacher professional development for supporting the reform of practice teaching model for normal student, and explored the basic structure and requirements of the "Three practice" teaching model based on the above theory in H University.The third part:Current investigation of the integrated "Three practice" teaching model in H University. This part mainly introduced the process of the survey and data analysis on current status of the integrated "Three practice" teaching through questionnaires, interviews and data collection, etc. on the basis of previous similar studies by many researchers,The fourth part:The characteristics, effects and problems of the integrated "Three practice" teaching model. This part mainly introduced the innovative and practical features and results of the reform of the practice teaching model, the main results of the students, and points worthy of further exploration and improvement in H University.The fifth part:Suggestion for the reform of the integrated "Three practice" teaching model in H University. Based on the above studies, suggestion for further improve the integrated practice teaching model was provided from three points, including improving the related systems of "Three practice", integrating internal and external quality resources, establishing and improving the assessment mechanism, etc.
