In the rapid development of science and technology today, the social development of talent quality put forward higher request. The comprehensive quality of talent, individuation, and talent education innovation of diverse types can implement. The math education in creative thinking and innovation ability to train is an advantage. As the new course of enforcement, it is too much attention to the city high school math course of reform and practice, and the situation of rural education, although have reform, but the problem has been far from true. My school is a rural secondary school, because of geography and teaching quality, a lot of excellent students frequently erosion. So that teachers have the responsibility of relatively significant, because more students are weak in the basis of mathematics and they have low interest in mathematics. They generally felt that mathematics was very difficult to learn. But our new curriculum standards show, education should be focused on every student. Nowadays, the most important is the change of teachers' teaching concept and the single teaching mode before. The traditional "concept,theorem—example problem—practice "mode must change to "encourage learning" to study the mode of change,Fully arouse the interest in learning mathematics tough question which every open-ended mathematics problem, "teaching" is a kind of effective carrier. In the previous theories and practice on the basis of the research, the countryside junior middle school students in grade seven conducted one-year open-ended mathematics problem tracking investigation of learning. Article is divided into six parts:first, the paper introduces the research background, research problems and research significance, Second, introduces the historical background of this research, the definition of the type and classification, this study and the relationship between gender and tough question which every open questions of teaching and education, the feasibility and value.Third, open-ended mathematics problem tracking survey of teaching, the teaching plan, the design of open questions facing tough question which every, teacher-student relationship, teaching cases, Four, introduces research objects, research methods and research tools. Five, for students to open questionnaire survey, the problem of test and the level of teachers and the interview results is analyzed, Six, in this paper that the conclusions and recommendations. Survey results show that based on the countryside junior middle school students in grade seven years of follow-up study open questions can be found, as a kind of new teaching mode (open question teaching) can not only improve good effect of classroom teaching, also can cultivate students' independent thinking, cooperation and exchange, dares to question thinking quality, stimulate the learning interest in mathematics, tough question which every girl not suitable for learning to open questions prejudices, developing students' divergent thinking and innovation ability greatly.
