The changing of attitude and consumption behavior of taekwondo students and the market impact on the club management bring great challenges on the club management idea. To cope with the challenge, the club operators must change management concept and enhance the competitiveness of industries in taekwondo club, in order to adapt to the market requirement and gain greater economic interests. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the clubs taekwondo students'behavior of in Nanchang, and probe into the relationship between their status and satisfaction. Also this study can provide a reference for the taekwondo club operators to enhance consumers'satisfaction by understanding the consumers profile for the satisfaction.Taking the registered students in the clubs by 2010 as research object, this study investigates their characteristics, participation behavior and satisfaction thoroughly. First, by using descriptive statistics method, this study analyzes the individuals'characteristics and current situation of the students'participation. Mainly including gender, age, grade level, monthly expanses, education level, finally income, training period, weekly exercise time, the best time to exercise, the time required to get to the club and others'support degree. Secondly, analyze the satisfaction questionnaire of taekwondo club students in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, from which can extract the combination factors which reflect the students'satisfaction. Finally, the single factor analysis of variance and indigent sample t-test were used to understand the different personal characteristics of the participants and to see whether there is any differences in satisfaction in the students which different behavior with changing of with the attitude and consumption behavior of taekwondo students, as well as the impact of market on the club management.Research results show that: the coach professional skills students interact with self-expression, venue environment and training equipment, and promotion test, these four comprehensive evaluation factors can be used to measure the taekwondo club students'satisfaction. In addition, gender, age, monthly expanses, education level, family income, training period and other's support degree, provide no significant differences in students'satisfaction. But grade, weekly exercise frequency, exercise time, best practice time, the time required to get to the club, provide the significant differences in students'satisfaction.Based on the thoroughly investigation, this study proposes some suggestions on the taekwondo club management concept. Taekwondo club operators should locate club in the area where there are lots of man and primary students.To provide higher service and an appropriate increase in fees in order to obtain higher profits, taekwondo club operators should attach importance to the continuity of talents and avoid the loss of students caused by personnel mobility. Through the regular market research, follow-up, and the professional analysis, the operator should master the consumers'references.
