Based on the research methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the current situation of the management mode of taekwondo club in Dalian from 7 perspectives,so that the club can adjust the development strategy and organizational structure in a timely manner,increase the supervision of the implementation of the system,form a complete human resource system,and train the employees with skills and comprehensive abilities,so as to establish the common values of the club and make it deeply popular.The following conclusions are drawn from this study:Nowadays,the management mode of taekwondo club in Dalian is to use taekwondo spirit as a common value,attracting a group of employees who have been specially trained in taekwondo or are interested in learning taekwondo.Although most of the employees are professional teams or junior college students,the managers have the training of the special skills of taekwondo,so that the coach can master the teaching methods of basic movements,and manage and motivate the staff to complete the tasks of the job description by setting the relevant systems in human resources and performance appraisal.The club uses simple structure to save cost,so that the club staff can complete the club's work in various aspects such as curriculum plan,course training,membership recruitment,member maintenance,site maintenance,security guarantee and so on.Through autocratic and democratic management style,managers have reached the goal of long-term and healthy large-scale strategic development.At the same time,the taekwondo club has a lot of management issues,the lack of its own unique shared values to attract and retain the "high-performance" employees,the management style is not flexible,the strategy lacks evaluation and implementation,and it only has a simple structure auxiliary strategy,which can't guarantee the resources of the human resources to the strategic services.Lack of scientific system of human resource management system,and its matching management system and training system is not comprehensive,also directly led to the low quality of employees,work efficiency is poor,work quality is not high.So the taekwondo club in Dalian on the management mode,should pay attention to the connection between the seven elements,with Shared values as the core,the use of scientific management to human resource structure,system,master the skill and comprehensive talents,and use the flexible leadership style,promote the realization of the strategic objectives,club eventually in market competition invincible position.
