Research On The Degree Of Satisfaction To Members Of Business Fitness Club In Shijiazhuang City

At the time of sports industry's prosperity and development and the advent of the fitness industry development opportunities,the satisfaction of club members is undoubtedly very important if membership-led fitness club in China wants to develop well.Satisfaction of club members with club management,coaches' ability,and club environment has a decisive effect on member loyalty,also is the important driving force and indicators of club development.A Study on the satisfaction of members of fitness club in Shijiazhuang City could find some problems in commercial fitness club in Shijiazhuang City,and provide specific advice and countermeasures to the club development.This thesis takes “Chaoyue” fitness club in Shijiazhuang City as an example,it investigates members of 17 clubs belonging to “Chaoyue” fitness club with methods of literature,questionnaire survey,interview mathematical statistics,etc.It analyzes the satisfaction of club members of “Chaoyue” fitness club in Shijiazhuang City so as to provide advice to club development.Through the study,the following conclusions are made:(1)Members in fitness club in Shijiazhuang City are more satisfied with coaches' appearance,communication ability and other aspects,but satisfaction with coaches' professional ability and commitment ability to perform is low relative to coaches' appearance,communication ability and other aspects.There are few differences in the degree of satisfaction with the professional competence of the members who have private education and selfless teaching.Non-standard market competition,imperfect management system and the professional quality of the coaches themselves is the main reasons for the lack of satisfaction of the two.(2)In the club hardware facilities,members' satisfaction is generally low,and members' satisfaction with entertainment place,bathroom,locker room and other facilities would be the lowest,indicating that members of the club facilities are not satisfied.Those who are quite satisfied are half of the total,although 26.6% members said they were dissatisfied and less satisfied with the entertainment place,and 17.5%members clearly expressed dissatisfaction with bathroom,locker room,dissatisfaction is not so exaggerated,but also explained that members of the club facilities are not satisfied with club facilities.(3)In the club fitness program,service management work attitude,member satisfaction is low.Members of the club fitness have the lowest satisfaction with project quality and type,because the quality of fitness projects are generally determined by the professional ability of fitness coaches,so members of the club fitness have the lowest satisfaction with project quality and type to prove a fact that members are not satisfied with the professional competence of coaches.(4)In the event of emergencies,only a small number of members expressed the attitude of the club to deal with emergencies,but still we can see the satisfaction is not high,and members are most dissatisfied with the handling of financial losses,members who are very satisfied only accounted for 13.3% in 15 members.(5)The main factors of satisfaction of members of the fitness club in Shijiazhuang City include coaches,hardware facilities,security aspects,coaches' professional ability.Commitment ability to perform have a significant impact on the satisfaction of members,the club's hardware facilities are also one of the important factors that affect whether or not members can get a satisfying fitness experience.In addition,the attitude of other staff members of the gym and the club 's attitude towards the management of members' personal properties' safety also affect the members' overall satisfaction.This study gives some suggestions according to the situation of the satisfaction of the members in the fitness club in Shijiazhuang City.
